I’m a bit of a one-woman show these days. I have great help from our part-time crew, Casey and Rea. Together, we brew all our own kombucha with my 12-year-old starter, make all our sauerkraut and kimchi by hand, and fresh tempeh weekly at our workshop in downtown St. Pete. It is extremely time and labor involved work we do here, and we appreciate our community for respecting our process.
