Learn the traditional method of making kimchi, this time with Florida’s abundant seasonal fruits. Green papaya, mango, and jackfruit, too! We will learn some basic fermenting methods, how to make homemade kimchi paste, and you also will take home a jar of your freshly made tropical fruit kimchi, plus instructions for your future fermentation endeavors.
